Our team includes an MSN (Registered Nurse) with advanced clinical practice in reproductive medicine, and personal experience completing six surrogacy journeys herself. Meet the GRACE Team
Our team combines legal, medical, and administrative expertise with personal surrogacy experience. Together, we are dedicated to creating positive, successful journeys for intended parents and surrogates alike.

Olga Díaz
Born and raised in Cali, Colombia, Olga earned her degree and master’s in Law before moving to the U.S., where she completed a second master’s at the University of San Diego in 2007.
Since then, she has worked in Assisted Reproduction from both the legal and administrative sides, coordinating countless surrogacy and egg donation journeys. Driven by a vision of more personalized experiences and reduced financial and emotional risk, Olga founded Surrogacy GRACE. Her passion, ethics, and commitment remain the heart of the agency.

Gaelle Vincent-Regan
CEO
Originally from Nîmes, France, Gaelle moved to the U.S. in 2006 and became a citizen in 2015. She holds a master’s degree in Marketing from Montpellier Business School.
After years in the hospitality industry, she joined Olga to bring her organizational skills and compassion to the world of surrogacy. Gaelle coordinates surrogacy cycles, acting as the main point of contact for intended parents and surrogates. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, she ensures smooth communication across all parties. She also leads GRACE’s marketing and outreach efforts.



Ashley Gray
A California native, Ashley joined GRACE in 2016. With personal experience completing six surrogacies and a background as an IVF Medical Coordinator, Ashley brings unmatched expertise to her role.
She oversees surrogate candidate interviews, medical record reviews, insurance coverage, and the Case Coordinator team. Passionate about supporting surrogates and intended parents alike, Ashley is known for her dedication and availability. Outside of work, she cherishes family time with her husband, son, and dog, and enjoys bowling, dancing, and the outdoors.

Office Manager / Insurance Liaison
Erika Martinez
Born and raised in the U.S. with Mexican heritage, Erika holds an A.A. in Accounting and has years of experience as an office manager in the medical field.
She first met Olga in 2010 while working in accounting, and today she is an essential part of GRACE’s mission to provide stress-free surrogacy journeys. Erika manages daily office operations and supports clients with her strong problem-solving and organizational skills.



Accounting Report Specialist
Catalina Leon
Also from Cali, Colombia, Catalina has a degree in Business Administration and more than 26 years of professional experience in finance, logistics, and reporting.
Since joining GRACE in 2023, she has applied her attention to detail and organizational skills to support the agency’s financial and reporting needs. Catalina is motivated by GRACE’s mission to bring joy through surrogacy while minimizing financial and emotional risks. She lives in Miami with her family and enjoys traveling, Latin music, and spending time by the beach.
